Twelve rules in four groups. The short version: do not cheat the game, everything else outside a claim is fair, and nothing you buy gives you an edge.

Safe zonesLastoria, Cirrastia
Griefingallowed off-claim

Banned: cheating the game
No x-ray, ore or cave finders, or seed tools. That includes x-ray resource packs.
No hacked clients. Flight, speed, reach, killaura and auto-totem are all caught by GrimAC.
No autoclickers, macros, AFK bots or auto-fishing.
These are the only rules that get you removed rather than warned, and the reason is simple: everything else on this list is a fight you can lose fairly. A cheated advantage is not. Playtime rewards already ignore idle time, so an AFK client earns nothing anyway.
Allowed: this is a conquest server
PvP is on everywhere except spawn and Cirrastia. Those two cities are permanent safe zones with PvP off, no mob spawning and nothing you can break.
Outside claimed territory, PvP, griefing and stealing are all fair game. Nothing is protected on unclaimed land.
Inside claims, griefing and stealing are allowed during a war.
Mayors set their own rules inside their own town, and may be stricter than these.
What this means in practice
If you want your build safe, it needs to be inside a town claim or a donor plot. Wilderness is wilderness.
A chest lock beats Towny. Even the mayor cannot open a locked chest inside their own town, and every player gets at least one lock for free.
War damage is not permanent. When peace is made, every block broken during a town war is rolled back automatically. Nothing dropped, nothing looted from the terrain.
Towns younger than 7 days, towns with fewer than 3 residents, and towns whose mayor has not logged in for 14 days cannot be attacked at all.
Chat and conduct
No personal information, and no real-life threats. Ever.
No harassment or hate speech.
No spam or advertising other servers.
Rule 8 is the one worth reading twice. Trash talk after a siege is part of the game. Anything that reaches outside the game is not, and it is treated as a different category of problem entirely.
Fair play
Nothing you buy gives you an advantage over another player. Purchases that improve the server for everyone online equally, meaning global boosts, are allowed and are announced when they start.
Staff decisions are final. If you have an issue, bring it to Discord.
Rule 11 is a design constraint, not a promise we hope to keep. Flight and vanish were removed from every paid rank. Cosmetics carry no stat bonuses. Crates contain no gear, no XP and no money. The one purchase that touches gameplay is a server-wide boost, and it lifts everybody online at the same time, with the buyer's name on the announcement.
Rule 12 is not a way of avoiding conversation. It means the conversation happens in a ticket rather than in public chat during a fight.
